Wednesday morning sessions are at the Running Lab in the Health Sciences Complex at Jacksonville University on University Blvd. North. Park in the rear lot and enter the main doors in the back of the building. You will be met in the lobby. Friday afternoon sessions are at the 1st Place Sports Beach store.
