Morning & afternoon track workout sessions at the Bolles School are available to JTC Running members at 5:30 AM & 5:30 PM each Wednesday.
Logistical Details about Intervals at the Bolles Track
Important to note, due to the nature of the agreement between JTCRunning and the Bolles School, there are several requirements that anyone wanting to join either the morning or afternoon track workout will need to meet:
1) You must be a JTCRunning member
in order to participate in these JTCRunning
sponsored training events. This is for insurance purposes and a ‘must have’. Membership will be verified by Bolles Security and the coaches. Membership info and form (Memberships start at $20 a year and also includes many other benefits.) Membership Info and Form

2) You must present your Drivers’ License to the Bolles security guard for security purposes prior to your first workout. The security guard will run your Drivers’ License through the Raptor program (a sexual predator data base). Please allow 10 minutes for processing.
3) You will need to sign a waiver, which also will be available at the track. Coaches will collect and maintain all waivers.Warm up and cool down runs will take place on San Jose Blvd and the Bolles campus. Please stay with your group; departing from the established route is not permitted.We look forward to seeing you on the Track!
